I’m looking for something similar to flixster.com (movies), where you can mark what books you want to read and then say if you liked them or not and write a little blurb about it. And also read other people’s reviews.

    has a reader forum and accepts reader reviews. Reviews normally have to be approved first, however.
    also accepts reader reviews.
